• Part Time PM (4 pm to 12 am), every Monday and every other weekend; 16 hours per week.

• Part Time AM (8 am to 4 pm) every Monday and every other weekend; 16 hours per week.

County Rd I: Mounds View

• PT AM (8 am to 4 pm), every Monday and every other weekend; 16 hours per week.

• FT AM (8 am to 4 pm), every Monday-Thursday and every other weekend; 40 hours per week. (benefit eligible position)

Queens Ave: Lakeland/Woodbury

• PT (11:30 am-8:30 pm) every other weekend; 9 hours per week.

We are also looking for a floating CNA who is able to train at multiple locations and provide short-term fill-in hours.
